TalentBridge revolutionises hiring by removing CVs in favour of practical challenges: candidates solve real, timed business problems assessed by our AI on 100% objective criteria. Employers receive a verified skills ranking, not a pile of diplomas. Results measured across our 25 clients: 45% increase in team diversity, 30% reduction in 12-month turnover, and 60% reduction in time-to-hire. ARR of €140,000 and 25% monthly growth.
