NexusAI automates 70% of administrative HR tasks for US companies (onboarding, payroll, compliance, reporting) through specialised AI agents, freeing HR teams to focus on people.
US HR teams spend an average of 4.5 hours per day on repetitive, low-value administrative tasks: data entry, contract generation, regulatory reporting. NexusAI deploys a suite of specialised AI agents (GPT-4-based, fine-tuned on US regulations) that automate end-to-end onboarding (12 days → 2 hours), contract generation and negotiation, multi-state payroll calculation, and EEO-1, OSHA, and other regulatory reports. Our conversational interface lets any HR professional control these agents without technical training. In 14 months we have signed 68 mid-market clients (50–500 employees) for an ARR of $2.8M. Our Net Revenue Retention is 124%. We are seeking $8M to develop our Enterprise offering, integrate 40 additional HRIS systems, and build our sales team.
