MindCare is the first French workplace mental health platform, combining conversational AI and certified therapists for anonymous, accessible sessions available to all employees.
Burnout costs French businesses €3 billion per year. MindCare is the concrete answer to this silent crisis: a B2B app that gives every employee unlimited access to psychological support sessions combining an empathetic AI assistant and certified psychologists available 7 days a week. Unlike traditional EAPs with a 3% usage rate, MindCare achieves 28% adoption thanks to its intuitive interface and guaranteed total anonymity. We already serve 45 corporate clients, including 3 CAC 40 companies. Our SaaS model generates €180,000 MRR with 22% monthly growth. We are seeking €1.5M to recruit 15 additional psychologists and open the German and UK markets.
