LogistiX creates shared delivery micro-hubs in Spanish cities so carriers can pool last-mile routes, cutting costs by 35% and CO2 emissions by 50%.
Last-mile delivery accounts for 53% of total logistics costs and generates 25% of urban CO2 emissions. In Madrid and Barcelona the situation is worsening with the surge in e-commerce deliveries post-pandemic. LogistiX offers a network of urban micro-hubs where multiple carriers share final delivery rounds, optimised by our AI routing algorithm. Our SaaS + delivery-commission model is already operational in 2 Madrid districts with 8 partner carriers, and volume grows 40% per month. We are seeking €450,000 to deploy 15 additional micro-hubs in Madrid, Barcelona, and Valencia and accelerate partnerships with major e-commerce retailers.
