About the project
FinSolve tokenises real assets (private equity funds, trade receivables, infrastructure) on blockchain to make them accessible to family offices from €10,000, with immediate liquidity.
Private equity generates average annual returns of 14.5%, but remains inaccessible below €250,000 minimum investment with 10-year lock-ups. FinSolve tokenises these assets on the Polygon blockchain, fractionalises them into €10,000 tokens, and creates a secondary market enabling resale at any time. Our infrastructure is MiCA-compliant and supervised by the Dutch AFM. In 12 months we have tokenised €45M in assets for 380 institutional investors and family offices. Monthly transaction volume on our secondary market exceeds €8M. We are seeking €3.5M to develop our algorithmic market-maker, obtain additional European DASP licences, and recruit a sales team dedicated to large asset managers.
